Symptoms

Two or more symptoms such as rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, nasal itching, and sneezing, persisting for a cumulative period greater than 1 h per day. These symptoms may be accompanied by itchy and red eyes and tears.

Signs

The nasal mucosa is pale and edematous. Nasal secretions are watery.

Allergen test

At least one type of skin prick test or serum-specific IgE test is positive.
