Intervention. The participants will be randomized 1:1 into either a treatment strategy based on DAS28 (control group) or a treatment strategy based on DAS28 and MRI (intervention group). Disease activity will be monitored systematically every 4 months by the CRP-based disease activity score (DAS28-CRP) (control and intervention groups) and presence of MRI BME (intervention group only).
