Monitoring plan for participants who develop hyperkalemia. *Throughout the study, participants with a potassium level >5.0 mEq/L will undergo dietary counseling regarding a low potassium diet. **At the investigators’ discretion, any participant with a potassium level ≥5.3 mEq/L can be referred for medical evaluation at the nearest health care facility.
