Interactive Voice Recording Menu. Interactive Voice Recording Work Flow (IVR) –the participant is able to “listen to” his medications and how they work, their side effects and important interactions. All participants hear a mandatory recording that details essential information in addition to detailed descriptions. There is no cost to this recording and they may listen to it as many times as they wish for clarity
