Table 1 Eligibility criteria

Subjects 20 to 80 years old

Body weight < 50 kg

Male or female gender

Contraindications for study drugs

ACS without ST-segment elevation

Urgent PCI for ACS

Planned to undergo PCI

Use of glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitor

Patients who provided written informed consent

History of transient ischemic attack

Active internal bleeding or bleeding diathesis

Upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the past six months

Hemoglobin < 10 g/dl or platelets < 100,000/mm³

Renal dysfunction (serum creatinine > 2.5 mg/dl)

Hepatic dysfunction (serum transaminase > three times normal limit)
